FOUNDER & CEO
Gyan B Pipara
Gyan B Pipara brings 40 years of rich experience, as Chartered Accountant. He has been practising in the field of Audit and Assurances, in the name of M/s Pipara & Co LLP – Chartered Accountants. He was the founder of M/s Pipara & Co LLP, which was established in the year 1982. As a partner of Pipara & Co LLP, his various assignments in the field of Audit, Assurances, Forensic Audit, and Investigations have been handled by him, which has helped him in understanding the intricacies involved in the preparation of financial statements, as well as the importance of the financial statements.
He passed B. Com (Honours) examination with first rank from Rajasthan University in 1978 with “Accountancy and Business Statistics” as the main subject and also passed the Bachelor of Legislative Law Exams from Gujarat University in 1984.
While on the Board of a Nationalized Bank, as chairman of the Audit Committee, he has realized the importance of credit decisions and the quality of assets being funded by the bank.
The experience of the large number of training provided during the last 10 years to the various segments, on understanding the financial statement and how to decode the financial statement, has been instrumental in developing the software.
He has authored 2 Books – “Balance Sheet Decoded – Key to Unlock Balance Sheet Secrets” and “Forensic Audit Decoded – Unlocking the Secrets of Financial Accounting and Investigation”. Both books have been published by Taxmann©.
He is the founder and CEO of Q3 Veni. His rich experience as a Chartered Accountant, Trainer, and Author in the field of analysis and understanding of financial statements, brings value to Q3 Veni and he is one of the core team members for domain knowledge.

Kumara Sreecharan Sanagapalli is a Sr. Software Development Engineer specialising in financial data mining and scraping. He holds a B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from GITAM University and pursued his Master’s degrees in Computer-Aided Structural Engineering and Information Technology (with a specialisation in Data Science) from IIIT Hyderabad.
With his expertise in financial data mining and scraping, he extracts and analyses financial data for Q3 Veni to generate valuable insights and actionable intelligence. His proficiency in handling complex financial data enables him to uncover patterns and trends that drive informed decision-making for organisations.
Sreecharan’s multidisciplinary educational background, combining engineering and information technology, provides him with a unique perspective on addressing financial data challenges. He leverages this knowledge to develop innovative software solutions for Q3 Veni that facilitate efficient data collection and analysis.
As a Software Development Engineer, Sreecharan is instrumental in designing robust and scalable systems for capturing and analyzing financial information.
